Vilotram® is a medicine designed to prevent Vitamin B1 deficiency when it cannot be adequately supplemented through diet. (2)
Vilotram is an over-the-counter medicine. Please read the leaflet carefully and if in doubt or if symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Vilotram is available as a film-coated tablet, each tablet containing 150 mg of benfotiamine. The product should be taken for the prevention of vitamin B1 deficiency when it cannot be adequately supplemented through diet. The recommended daily dose is 150 mg per day unless otherwise stated by your doctor. Do not use this medicine if you are hypersensitive to the active substance, thiamine, or to any of the excipients.
